Pokémon Emerald Legendary Pokémon Capture Guide
Rayquaza:
Location: Head to the Sky Pillar on Route 131.
Capture Method: After defeating the Water-type gym in the first round, bring the Mach Bike and head to the Sky Pillar. Dash quickly through the collapsed area, or else you'll fall back to the previous floor.
Regirock and Regice:
Location: Visit the Weather Institute on Route 119.
Capture Method: Start by talking to the director. Learn that Route 115 is dry, then proceed there. As the sun beats down, explore until you find the entrance to the Desert Ruins. Venture deep inside to locate Regirock. Return to the Weather Institute, discover that Route 125 is experiencing heavy rain, then head there. As you encounter pouring rain, enter the underwater cavern to find Regice.
Location Regirock: Enter the Desert on Route 111 and access the Desert Ruins.
Capture Method: Use HM06 Rock Smash to open the entrance. Inside, you'll find Regirock.
Location Regice: Travel to the Sealed Chamber northwest of Route 105.
Capture Method: Investigate the Braille inscription. Walk around the room along the stone wall, and the door will open automatically. Enter to find Regice.
Registeel:
Location: Enter the Ancient Tomb on the left side of Route 120.
Capture Method: Use HM05 Flash in the center of the tomb to open the door. Inside, you'll find Registeel.
