For most players, hero quality is the backbone, a small number of epics are cutting-edge combat power, and legends are also rare. However, this will not have much impact on our training. (Some differences caused by quality will be explained one by one in the following sections)

Captains have occupation settings just like players.
They are also divided into: soldiers, engineers, scientists, and explorers
Occupations affect the type of equipment configured on the captain's ship, the dimensions of basic attributes, and the reference for future training directions (after all, a mining ship will never be trained as the main combat force.)
3. Level
No matter what the quality of the captain is, the experience required for their upgrade is the same (from level 1 to level 2, whether it is green or orange, only 330 experience is required, and the same is true for subsequent levels);
There are two ways to gain experience:
Fleet dispatch,
Directly use memory transplants (such as experience balls). There are three types of memory implants. The white one is suitable for early upgrades, which can quickly upgrade the captain to the level of the second-level ship (level 7~9). The blue and gold ones are also used in the development of specialty chips (this part is very important), so don't use them excessively.
4. Basic attributes

The basic attributes of different professions have different dimensions. 2. Ships driven
The ships driven by the captain are divided into three levels, and the second and third levels are unlocked after the level is upgraded. Captains of different qualities have different levels when unlocking new ships.
Usually, the third level of captains are all battleships, and the watershed is when legendary captains are produced: the second level of legendary captains may be T2-level battleships, and the third level may be T3-level cruisers, battlecruisers, battleships, and even T3 escorts and destroyers.

4. Specialties
Specialties are an important way to improve the strength of the captain, and it is also an important part of the targeted training of the captain. The current version of the specialty training is too easy to use.
The newly recruited captain comes with specialties. Elites come with one, heroes come with two, epics come with three, and legends come with four. The captain will also gain a new specialty when he reaches level 5, 10, 15, and 20 (if the number of specialties is full when upgrading, no new specialties will be obtained, so please reserve space.)
Extract all the specialties of the captain that are not usually used, and allocate the specialties of T2 and above according to your own training plan (to prevent them from being mistakenly selected as materials in the subsequent development process). The remaining redundant specialties and T1-level specialties are synthesized into better specialties through the development function. Those that meet the needs are allocated to the captain, and those that are not used can be posted on the trading line, which is also a considerable profit.
Specialties are divided into three categories: self-gain, auxiliary gain, and logistics gain.

5. Captain's Working Group
The Captain's Working Group focuses on the player's foundation, which is also the accumulated strength of all captains. The Captain's Working Group can also greatly improve the player's strength.
The working group calculates the sum of the scores of the top 20 captains with the highest scores in each profession to obtain a comprehensive score, which corresponds to the working group level, and adds the corresponding bonus directly to the player's attribute points, which greatly improves the player's strength.

How to train captains
The first five parts are basic knowledge and also a preparation. Only by combining those contents and according to your own situation and preferences can you train a captain suitable for yourself.
For example, our hardworking mine managers, there is no doubt that they are equipped with specialties that increase mining income and reduce time.
Let a military captain be a firepower output support, and the allocation of specialties should focus on improving its firepower and critical strikes; if the quality is not high, it is also good to add some defensive specialties appropriately.
The projection ability of the scientists' own devices is very suitable for supporting captains. Improving their shield projection can greatly improve the survival rate of players. Their output ability is not weak either, so it is not a bad idea to add some firepower enhancement specialties (Miss Chang Xi is the best in the world!).
If you have a legendary captain, you can even consider using them as interference ships. Increase the speed to quickly approach the enemy, increase defense to increase survival rate, and you can use sniper weapons to output as much as you want.
The captain's score involves the captain's level and the specialties learned (the quality of the captains themselves varies, which will not be discussed here).
