The Power of Jacks

Jacks serve as dynamic wildcards that drastically alter the game flow:

1. Two-Eyed Jacks:

• Function as universal wildcards.

• They can be played to place a chip on any open space on the board, allowing players to bridge gaps in a sequence or block an opponent.

2. One-Eyed Jacks:

• Act as removal tools.

• They allow a player to remove an opponent's chip from any space on the board.

• However, a One-Eyed Jack cannot remove a chip that is already part of a completed, locked sequence.

Turn Mechanics and Dead Cards

• After playing a chip, the player draws a replacement card from the deck to maintain their hand size.

• If a player holds a card that has no open spaces remaining on the board, they may discard it as a "dead" card.

• During their turn, they announce the exchange, discard the dead card, draw a replacement, and then proceed with their regular turn.
