• Company Registration:

- New companies can register directly in the Unified Supplier Registration System (Sicaf) using their CNPJ/CPF, becoming eligible to participate in bidding processes. (Note: Company must be registered with the Federal Revenue Service).

• Proposal Registration:

- Easily submit proposals for electronic waivers directly through the app, ensuring they are available on both the app and web platforms.

• Bid Submission:

- Place bids for purchases made via electronic waiver.

- Select the procedure with a current bid submission deadline, choose your desired item, and submit your offer. (Requires prior proposal registration for the item).

2. Monitoring & Interaction:

• Supplier Selection:

- Monitor and actively participate in the judgment and qualification phases for both direct contracts (electronic waiver) and electronic bids.

- Negotiate, respond to chat messages, and send attachments as requested.
