Q: Which devices are supported?

A: If you have an Android phone or tablet running version 5.1 or newer, or an iPhone or iPad with iOS 13.0 or later, the app will work perfectly. It runs just as well on a smartphone as on a tablet, and you can connect either through mobile data or Wi‑Fi.

Q: How do I log in for the first time?

A: When you open the app, you’ll be offered an automatic number recognition option that pulls your phone number from the device and logs you in instantly. If that doesn’t work, you can sign in manually using the credentials you created when you registered for My A1.
