Q: How does the color-coded visual progress indicator work?

A: Inside the app you’ll notice the screen background toggles between three colors: green means you’re exactly on your preset average speed, yellow indicates you’re exceeding that speed, and red warns you that you’re too slow. This real-time feedback makes it easier to make quick adjustments without having to read numbers and interpret them under pressure.

Q: What are my options for synchronizing the time?

A: You may choose from GPS-based synchronization, atomic time synchronization via the internet, or you can manually adjust the clock yourself. GPS synchronization locks onto satellite time signals whenever your device is outdoors, atomic synchronization fetches official time servers over the web, and manual adjustment remains available if you prefer to set the clock by eye.

Q: Why would I use atomic time sync instead of GPS-based sync?

A: Atomic time synchronization is ideal if you have a strong data connection and you want the absolute official time from specialized servers. GPS time sync relies on satellite signals, which can occasionally be delayed slightly if reception is poor. When connectivity is spotty, manual adjustment offers a fallback, although it requires careful setup.
