1. I can't enter the "return to store" option on my app, what should I do?
If the customer is not available at the delivery point, you can still return the item to the store. After clicking "I have arrived," choose "customer does not have a code" and contact support at support@yper.fr for assistance.
2. The order is too big for my car, what should I do?
If a delivery is too large, you have three options:
o Split the order by contacting support to arrange separate deliveries.
o Continue with the delivery and send a photo to support@yper.fr for reimbursement.
o Opt out of the delivery if it is unmanageable, and we’ll remove you from the delivery.
3. How do I start delivering with YPER Shopper?
Simply download the app, register, and indicate your availability. Once you do that, you’ll begin receiving delivery proposals. Choose the ones that work best for you, and start delivering!
4. Can I work whenever I want?
Yes! YPER Shopper is all about flexibility. You can select deliveries based on your schedule and regular trips, allowing you to earn money while doing what you already do every day.
