How to Transfer Your Data

• In the original Ladys Calendar (not Wiz): Menu → More → Backup → Export SD card

• In Ladys Calendar Wiz (free version): Menu → Backup → Import Ladys Calendar

Base Settings

• Start by selecting your design and color.

• Set your cycle length, period duration, and ovulation day.

• For irregular cycles, tick the box to calculate an average from your last three cycles.

• Tap “Touch here to register” to enter past menstrual records.

Calendar Buttons

From left to right:

• Today: Jump to today’s date

• Left / Right: Move between dates

• List: View saved data

• Temperature: Enter and save temperature readings

• Graph: View temperature, weight, and blood pressure charts

Registering Data

• Menstrual Start / End: Mark period start and end dates

• Sex: Adds a heart icon on the date

• Mood / Symptoms / Health: Select daily conditions

• Add: Add new plans

• Repeat: Set recurring events

• Saved plans appear in your List view

Menu Options

• Base Setting: Edit your basic cycle info

• Password: Protect your data

• Mark / Setting Mark: Add and customize icons for your calendar

• Setting: Adjust calendar appearance and preferences

• Backup: Save your data to SD card

Daily Plan Editing

• Move up: Shift plan to the previous day

• Push back: Shift plan to the next day

• Check: Mark completed plans (red checkmark appears)

• Delete: Remove a plan

Setting Repeated Plans

• Tap Repeat in the Registration window

• Go to Alarm List, then select New

• Fill in: Title, Memo, Icon, Date, Time, Week, Which Week, End of Month, Specified Day, Month, Alarm

• Save the plan

• View all recurring plans in Alarm List

• Press Back to return to the calendar
