OnStar Premium

Available to eligible OnStar Members or as a standalone subscription for just $15/month, OnStar Guardian lets you share safety with up to 7 family members or friends at no extra cost. It's a simple and affordable way to stay connected and protected—no matter what vehicle you're in.

Mobile Crash Response

Your phone can now detect a crash. The app uses built-in sensors (like the accelerometer) to identify when you've been in an accident:

· Automatically alerts OnStar Emergency Advisors

· Works in any vehicle or motorcycle

· Sends your exact GPS location to First Responders—even if you can’t speak

This feature is available on select Apple and Android devices, with automatic crash detection on Android and call-based alerts on Apple devices.

24/7 Emergency Services

Need help? Tap the red Emergency button for:

· Direct access to OnStar Emergency Advisors, available 24/7

· Assistance in medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other urgent situations

· Immediate dispatch of First Responders to your location

Roadside Assistance

Stranded? No problem. Request help through the app:

· Get a battery jump, fuel delivery, or flat tire service

· Request a tow truck or roadside repair

· Works with any car, truck, or motorcycle

You get up to 4 tows per year, with additional services subject to charges.

Family Locator (Location Status)

Stay connected—even when you're apart:

· See real-time locations of loved ones

· Receive arrival/departure notifications

· View battery life of family members’ devices
