With the new release, dispatchers can now return the rides on behalf of drivers directly from their dispatcher app. If a driver is unable to fulfil the ride assigned to them or no driver is available for the ride, dispatchers can choose to return the rides through their dispatcher app before the ride start time at a fee. Apart from this we have again quashed down some bugs and made improvements to give a seamless experience to our drivers.
