AVISNet App Overview

AVISNet is the official app that connects you directly to your blood donation association's services. With this app, you can:

• Book Donations: Easily schedule your next blood donation in a few simple steps.

• View Test Results: Access real-time lab results and save them to your device.

• Access Important Documents: Stay updated with forms and critical notices from your association.

• Manage Profile: Review and update personal details, including your profile picture (taken directly from your camera or gallery).

• Stay Informed: Receive timely notifications about appointments, suspensions, achievements, and more.

• While we appreciate the positive feedback we’ve received, we also acknowledge occasional concerns, typically due to factors beyond our control:

1. Limited Service Availability

• AVISNet is only available in participating AVIS provinces.

• If your region is not listed, please contact your local AVIS to request activation.

• Currently, the service is active in:

2. Registration Issues

• Some users encounter problems (e.g., "unrecognized donors") due to mismatched data in AVIS databases (outdated emails, misspelled names, incorrect phone numbers, etc.).

• These records are managed by AVIS, not our software team.

• If registration fails, please verify your details with your local AVIS to resolve discrepancies.

3. SMS PIN Delivery Failures

• Access PINs are issued by individual AVIS branches, not Kaleidoscope. If you don’t receive your SMS, contact your AVIS directly for assistance.

Reporting Technical Issues

• For errors like persistent loading screens, please email mail@caleidoscopio.it with detailed device and issue descriptions.

• Without replicable reports, we cannot troubleshoot effectively.

• We appreciate your cooperation in helping us improve the app.
