With this update, more types of permissions are supported and we collect more feedback from our travelers. With your feedback, we can tailor our services even better to your wishes.

We have added two new functions. If you are in the hospital and your appointment runs late, you can now reschedule the ride up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. We will then inform the driver that you will be running late.

It may happen that the driver is already at the hospital to pick you up, but cannot find you. From now on you can send a message to the driver via the app and describe where you are. The driver will then pick you up at the specified location.
