A: Yes. Once you’ve successfully registered, the Properties section will automatically display every unit you own with Frasers Property Singapore. You can tap on any property to see its address, floor plan, purchase details, warranty documentation, payment history, and any correspondence tied to that unit. This way, you never have to hunt through emails or stacks of paper to find what you need.

Q: How do I schedule or manage appointments like home collection and defect inspections?

A: The Appointments feature provides a straightforward booking interface. Select the type of milestone—such as home collection or defects inspection—then choose from the available dates and time slots. After you confirm your booking, you’ll receive an in-app confirmation and an email. If your plans change, you can also reschedule or cancel that appointment directly within the same screen, subject to the guidelines and timeframes set by Frasers Property Singapore.
