A: Yes. Because McDo+ relies on real-time data—such as restaurant availability, personalized offers, order status, and online payment processing—you’ll need a stable mobile or Wi-Fi connection whenever you browse the menu, customize or place an order, view your rewards balance, or track a delivery. Some basic features, like viewing previously saved favorites, may remain accessible offline, but to complete any transaction you must be online.
Q: How do I place an order for delivery through McDo+?
A: Once you open the app, select Delivery from the main menu. McDo+ will detect your location or allow you to enter a delivery address manually. After choosing your preferred McDonald’s outlet, browse the menu, customize items to your taste, and add them to your cart. At checkout, review your order summary, choose a payment method, confirm any delivery fees, and finalize the order. You can track the status of your delivery in real time until it arrives at your door.
Q: What is Click & Collect, and how can I use it to pick up my meal?
