What You Need

To use this app effectively, you will require:

• A pair of suitable running shoes

• A flat, 15-meter running surface or pitch

• This app installed on your device

• This is NOT a GPS-enabled app.

• It functions as a timer to help you conduct the Bleep Test efficiently.
