How to Use Employee Schedule & Time Clock

View Your Shifts:

Open the Homebase Employee Scheduling app.

Tap Schedule on the lower navigation bar.

Here, you’ll see your scheduled shifts along with the total hours you’ll be working for the week. Scroll left or right to view different weeks.

Request Time Off:

Use the app to send time-off requests directly to your manager.

Receive notifications when your manager responds.

Approved requests sync with your schedule, keeping everyone on the team informed.

Delete Pending Time Off Requests:

If your time-off request hasn’t been approved yet, you can delete it:

On the web: Sign in to your Homebase account, go to Upcoming Time Off, and click the trash can icon next to the request you want to cancel.

On mobile: Open the Homebase app, go to More, select Requests, choose Time Off, and cancel the pending request.

Trading and Covering Shifts:

Use the app to send cover requests to individuals, groups, or the whole team.

Trade shifts as needed with your colleagues.
