Q: What if I forgot my password?

A: If you’ve set up a security email, a "Forgot Password" option will appear after entering the wrong password. Tap it and follow the instructions to reset your password.

If you haven't set a security email but have backed up data to the Cloud, you can recover your data by reinstalling the Vault app.

Q: How do I enter Vault in stealth mode?

A: Add the Vault widget back to your home screen and tap it to enter your password, or Download "NQ Calculator" from Google Play. Open it, enter your Vault password, and tap "=" to access Vault.

Q: Why are my photos/videos lost?

A: Some cleaning or free storage apps may automatically delete Vault’s data folder (mnt/sdcard/SystemAndroid), which stores your pictures and videos. Avoid deleting Vault’s data folder and its subfolders when using such apps to prevent data loss.
