1. How do I cancel or change my order?
To cancel or change your order, simply click "Cancel" or fill out the cancellation form in the app with your name, email, phone number, confirmation number, and reason for cancellation. Alternatively, you can call our customer service at 1806000, and our team will assist you.
2. How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders across Kuwait. However, some remote areas may incur an extra charge. For instance:
o Areas like Um-Alhayman, Kabad, Mena Abdullah, etc., will be charged 5 KD.
o Areas like Sabah Al Ahmad Marine City, Wafra Farms, etc., will be charged 10 KD.
3. What are the acceptable payment methods?
We accept Cash on Delivery, Knet, and Credit Card as payment methods. Choose the one that suits you best!
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Items that are non-food can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided you have the payment receipt. If there’s an issue with your order, just contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.
