Mobile LASIS is designed as a one-stop mobile application for public users, compatible with Android versions 4.4 and above, as well as iOS versions 8 and above.

MY PROFILE
- Access and view your Order History, Products, Favourites, and Renewal of Land Lease applications.
LAND SEARCH
- Search for land by Landmarks, Unique Parcel Identifier (UPI), or by selecting a parcel lot.
- Users can purchase either the Cadastral Map Sheet (at scales of 1:1000 or 1:5000) or the Extract of Land/Strata Title and Full Printout.
MAP VIEWER TOOLS
- Interactive features to enhance user experience, including zoom by division, base map selection, and KML import for overlay views.
- The app supports screen rotation for landscape view and provides approximate measurements for distance and area.
RENT & PREMIUM
- View details of Land Rent and Premium and make payments for any outstanding amounts.
RENEWAL OF LAND LEASE
- Perform online renewals for land leases.
VALUATION SERVICES
- Calculate premium charges (indicative values only) for land conversion under the Application for Variation of Title Condition (AVTC).
- Additionally, validate land affected by Sections 47 and 48 of the Land Code pertaining to Land Acquisition in Sarawak.
