Important Technical Requirements

• To view, copy, or request the inclusion of documents, your smartphone or tablet must be previously registered on the RFB’s e-CAC portal.

• Document attachment requests are allowed only for processes handled within RFB or CARF units.

Mobile Device Registration Procedure

1. Log in to e-CAC using a gov.br Silver or Gold account.

2. Navigate to “Legislation and Process” → “Digital Processes (e-Process)” → “Mobile Device Registration.”

3. Provide key details: device name, activation code, validity period, and select the e-Processo service.

4. After registration, log into the e-Processo app, confirm your CPF/CNPJ, and enter the same activation information.

5. Your device is now authorized to view documents securely.

6. To cancel access, return to “Mobile Device Register” in e-CAC and remove the registered device.
