The app delivers an exhilarating experience, featuring a user-friendly design and a variety of customization options.
With ISS Live Now, you can enjoy stunning live HD video streams straight from the cameras aboard the International Space Station.
The app incorporates the native Android Google Map (ISS tracker), enabling you to track the Space Station's journey around our planet. You can zoom, rotate, drag, and tilt the map; select from various map types (like satellite or terrain); and access data such as orbital speed, altitude, visibility, latitude and longitude, and even the country currently beneath the Station. All these features can be easily tailored to your preferences through the settings menu.
You will have access to seven unique sources of live video streaming, which include:
1. Live HD Camera: Experience stunning HD video streams showcasing our planet.
2. Live Standard Camera: This stream offers a live view of Earth and occasionally shares updates about the ISS, including tests, maintenance, and communications with mission control.

4. NASA TV Media.
5. Spacewalk (Recorded): Delight in breathtaking HD footage of astronauts captured by external cameras on the ISS.
6. Inside the International Space Station: Embark on a video tour of each module within the ISS, narrated by the astronauts themselves.
7. Eventual Channel: Access temporary live feeds from NASA, the European Space Agency (ESA), the Russian Space Agency (Roscosmos), and SpaceX.
You can also stream these live feeds on your television using Google Cast.
Additionally, you can opt to receive notifications for upcoming sunrises and sunsets, allowing you to witness these moments live from the International Space Station.
Stay informed with timely notifications for live events, including the arrival and departure of both manned and unmanned spacecraft (such as Soyuz, SpaceX Crew Dragon, Boeing CST-100 Starliner, Rocket Lab, Arianespace, Blue Origin, and Northrop Grumman), spacewalks, launches (like Falcon, SpaceX, Dragon, Progress, Cygnus, ATV, and JAXA HTV Kounotori), dockings, undockings, rendezvous, captures, experiments, and communications between NASA/Roscosmos ground control and astronauts.
Want to catch a glimpse of the ISS in the night sky? The built-in ISS detector tool makes it easy to spot the Station. ISS Live Now will notify you a few minutes before it passes over your location, so you won’t miss it.
You can opt to receive alerts when the ISS is set to fly over your area during daylight hours, giving you the chance to gaze at your homeland from the vantage point of space.
Discover the International Space Station through Google Street View
With the help of Google, those dreaming of becoming astronauts can now experience the sensation of floating aboard the International Space Station (ISS). The tech giant collaborated with astronauts to create a Google Street View of the orbiting satellite, showcasing everything from its research facilities to the stunning Cupola window that offers breathtaking views of Earth.
Note:
When the ISS is positioned on the night side of the planet, the video feed will appear black, which is completely normal.
At times, video may be unavailable due to transmission difficulties or when the crew is switching cameras. In these instances, you might see a blue or blank screen.
