Integrated Digital Health Services
• We’ve combined the features of our CareOnCall app, so you now have full access to digital GP services within the Laya App.
• Book a video consultation with a GP from the comfort of your home, get prescriptions sent online, and order home testing kits—all in just a few taps.

Q: Who can use the Laya App?
A: The Laya App is available to all Laya Healthcare members. If you have an existing online Members Area account, you can log in with the same credentials.
Q: How do I submit a claim through the Laya App?
A: You can submit a claim by taking a photo of your receipt or uploading an existing image from your phone. Simply fill in the required details and submit it directly to the Claims Department for processing.
Q: How long does it take to process a claim submitted via the app?
A: Once submitted, claims are assessed promptly. You’ll receive in-app notifications updating you on the status. Most claims are processed quickly, and reimbursements are paid directly to your bank account.
