1. The app named “ACom” displays real-time traffic data on a map. Upon launching the app, the map will load automatically. Green lines represent smooth traffic flow, while red lines indicate congestion. An internet connection is necessary to access the latest information.

2. The app does not require location data at any point. However, to enable tracking, you must activate GPS or WiFi location services on your Android device. By pressing the “Track” button, you will start the tracking feature. After initiating tracking, you can select the “Bird” option to enter “Birdview” mode. In “Birdview” mode with GPS, the map aligns with your driving direction, while with WiFi location tracking, it centers on your current position. To stop tracking, simply press the “HideMe” button.

3. You can choose between WiFi-based location (low energy usage) or GPS-based location (higher energy consumption) in your Android settings. ACom supports both options, but we advise against using GPS tracking without a power source due to its high energy demands.

4. To define your region of interest (ROI), access the options menu and select “Define.” An ROI can encompass a specific area between two locations or just a single city. Please note that an internet connection is required to set ROIs.

5. You can easily save any currently displayed map by choosing the “Save” option from the menu. The name for this saved map is generated automatically, but you can change it by performing a “long-click” on the entry.

6. To access a saved map, simply select the “Load” option from the menu and pick the title you want.

7. Keep in mind that smartphones may enter sleep mode after a period of inactivity. To prevent this, you can turn off sleep mode by selecting “Sleep-Mode off” in the options menu.

8. Once you have loaded a saved map, you can initiate navigation by selecting “Navi to Target,” which will launch the Google Maps navigation app. The destination will automatically be set to the target city defined in your map.

9. On the top left corner, you can access the “navigation drawer.” The “Master Map” serves as the primary map containing all relevant information. Additionally, you have the option to download third-party Plug-Ins or collections of Plug-Ins that enhance this information with extra details.

10. You are encouraged to create and manage your own Plug-In. A guide and examples for developing Plug-Ins can be found in the GitHub repository grabowCommuter/PlugIn-Developer.
