1. Register: Download the SONO app, create your profile, and confirm your phone number.

2. Apply: Select your desired loan type (Flexible Cash, Shopping & Services, or ZERO ZERO), provide the required details, and submit your application.

3. Agree: Upon loan approval, sign your agreement. For amounts up to MNT 100,000, eligible Flexible Cash Loan applicants can sign digitally via the app. For other loans, a one-time in-person signature is required.

4. Receive Funds: Within the SONO app, choose your active loan, adjust the amount and term, and instantly transfer funds to your bank account.

• Repayment Period: Choose from 3, 6, 9, 12, or 24 months (varies by loan type and amount).
