Overview

• The application allows users to view their electronic prescriptions (ePrescriptions), electronic vouchers (eVouchers), and vaccination records (available until November 2022).

• Users can access an overview of their issued ePrescriptions, eVouchers, and vaccination records, as well as records for their children.

• These records are electronically submitted by the prescriber to the following centralized repositories:

- Central Repository of Electronic Prescriptions (CÚER)

- Central Repository of Electronic Vouchers (CÚEP)

- Central Repository of Vaccination Records

• Access is granted only if the patient listed on the record is successfully identified in the Population Register.

Login Method:

• Users log in via Citizen Identity.

Access Permissions:

• The app allows users to configure access rights for doctors, pharmacists, and clinical pharmacists to view their medication records.

What Is an ePrescription?

• An ePrescription is an electronic prescription for medicinal products.

• After issuance by a doctor, it is stored in the Central Repository of Electronic Prescriptions (CÚER).

- Each ePrescription has a unique identifier.

- At the pharmacy, the pharmacist retrieves the prescription using this identifier and dispenses the medication if it is valid in CÚER.

- The dispensing information is then updated in the CÚER.

What Is an eVoucher?

An eVoucher is an electronic voucher for medical devices, stored in the Central Repository of Electronic Vouchers (CÚEP).

• Each eVoucher has a unique identifier.

• At pharmacies, medical supply stores, or opticians, staff can retrieve the eVoucher from CÚEP and issue the prescribed device (e.g., glasses, crutches, wheelchairs, etc.).

• The dispensing information is recorded in CÚEP.

Additional Details:

• The eVoucher system has been operational since May 1, 2022, as part of the ePrescription system.

• Its use is optional for healthcare providers and dispensaries.
